Another space theme card for the little boys at the childrens charity using a spaceship stamp from the Stampendous Changito in space clear set. Cloud stamp is by Starving Artistamps. Stamped with Memento inks. Colored with Copics. Also used a Spellbinders die to cut out the saying and a star embossing folder that I bought a long time ago and only used twice. (Still trying to use up the unloved or unused stuff in my stash.)
I love this adorable digi image called Valentine Cow from Eureka Stamps. I opened the image in Silhouette Studio, traced the edge, used the offset feature to create a white border, copied the traced portion, selected mirror left, then overlapped the two pieces to form the card base, aligned them, then merged both pieces. Printed out the top piece with the cow, cut out all the pieces with my Cameo, folded the card base in half and glued the cow to the card base. Colored the cow with Copic markers. Inside says "Hope you have a MOOVELOUS Valentine's Day!"
One of my New Years resolutions is to use card making supplies that I bought at clearance sales, but then put away and never used. I bought this stamp set a couple of years ago when it was 70% off and it hasn't seen ink until today. Decided it was time to make a card with it. Hope the little boys at the childrens charity will enjoy it.
Supplies: Memento Black ink, Memento Summer Sky ink, Cloud stamp from Starving Artistamps, Copic markers, Stampendous Changito In Space clear stamp set, Spellbinders Standard Circles, Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Circles Large, Spellbinders Petite Ovals Small, EK Success Holly Punch for the circles on the saying, pop dots, turquoise navy and white cardstock and silver twine.
Another Valentine's Day Easel Card for the children's charity. Used a fun cut file from the Silhouette store that I altered from a standard side opening card into a Easel style card. Scalloped border was done with a Fiskars punch.
I need to restock my Thank you card stash, so I went shopping at the Silhouette store. The cut file has the white layer and one yellow layer, but no card base. (See prior post with the birthday card I made for instructions on how to make the card base.) I cut out all pieces using my Silhouette Cameo, white American Crafts cardstock and yellow Recollections cardstock that I just purchased at Michaels.
Love this cute snowman called Catching Snowflakes from QKR Stampede. Colored the image with Copics, then cut out the image and background layer with Spellbinders label 1 dies. Cut out the border with MS drippy goo punch. Snowflakes were cut out with a EK Success punch. Snowflake designer paper from my stash. Blue cardstock is Recollections. Image was mounted on the card using pop dots. Was able to use lots of new and old craft supplies on this card.
